It Could Have Been Great

It Could Have Been Great is a cozy Christmas novella about Kate Everett, a stubborn New York woman who gets snowed in for the holidays with Boone Montgomery, a lumberjack of a man whose easy smile and steady presence are more distracting than her usual cup of coffee. As Christmas unfolds, Kate begins to question the careful life she has built and the walls she has put up around herself, especially as her connection with Boone grows into something deeper than a holiday fling. But with the storm eventually ending, she must decide whether she is willing to risk her heart, or return to the life she planned. Readers who enjoy no spice romcoms, snowed-in holiday settings, and light Christian themes will likely enjoy this novella. It offers a warm, feel-good mix of humor, chemistry, and emotional honesty, with the charm of a Christmas story and the sweetness of a romance that just might become something more.
