Description
Sadie runs the Cinnamon & Spice Cafe in the small town of Pinecone Pines, pouring drinks and managing the daily rush. When her brother asks her to hire his friend Jack as a barista, she gladly takes on the help and even shares a family cabin with him. Jack claims he is just a humble, underpaid assistant, but he is secretly Ryan Turnbill, a billionaire CEO hiding behind cozy knit sweaters to escape public attention. As the two work side by side and fumble through coffee shop chaos, genuine feelings start to brew between them.
The story is a lighthearted romantic comedy loaded with mistaken identity fun, banter, and small-town antics. Ryan's tangled web of little lies creates plenty of comedic hurdles, especially when a crew of opinionated local seniors decides to step in and help him set things right. The romance stays clean and sweet, focusing on kisses and mutual trust rather than explicit scenes. It fits readers who enjoy cozy autumn atmospheres, forced proximity tropes, and breezy, low-angst love stories.
